Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payments will not be automatically refunded when you cancel otoHost services. This policy explains under which circumstances refunds may be issued and which payment types are eligible for refunds.

Services purchased through otoHost can only be refunded if they are canceled within the terms and timeframes specified in this policy. Some products and services may be subject to different refund conditions or may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Only cancellation and refund requests submitted via the customer panel are considered valid and will be reviewed by otoHost.
otoHost cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur due to suspension or account termination after service cancellation.
Standard Refund Terms

Note Payments made with cryptocurrencies, tokens or other digital assets cannot be reversed due to the nature of these transactions. Therefore, no refunds are available for these payment methods.
Note If it is not possible to refund to the original payment method, the refund amount may be credited to the customer’s account balance.
Products and Services Not Eligible for Refunds
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed and similar license fees
- SSL certificates
- Setup and configuration services
- Custom software installation fees
- Dedicated server services
- Payments made with cryptocurrency
- Account balance top-ups
- Purchases made through campaigns, discounts or promotions
Account Closure
To be entitled to a refund, a request must be submitted before the account is fully closed. After account closure, the user forfeits any refund rights defined under this policy.
Refund Policies Based on Hosting Services
Shared Hosting / Reseller Hosting / WordPress Hosting
- A full refund may be requested within 30 days from the initial purchase date.
- For annual plan renewals, a refund may be requested within 30 days from the renewal date.
- No refunds will be made for 2-year and 3-year plans.
- Refund requests may be rejected if more than one hosting package exists under the same customer account.
- If a free domain is provided with the package, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
VPS Hosting
- A refund may be requested for VPS services canceled within the first 30 days.
- No refunds are granted for annual, 2-year or 3-year VPS plans.
- The right to a refund is valid only for the first VPS service purchased.
- Used account balance top-ups are non-refundable.
VDS Hosting
- A refund may be requested for VDS services canceled within the first 7 days.
- No refunds are granted for annual and multi-year VDS plans.
- Refund requests may be rejected if more than one VDS service exists under the same account.
Dedicated Servers
Dedicated servers are excluded from refunds under all circumstances, as they require custom resource allocation, setup, and configuration.
Node.js / Python Hosting and Other Services
- For hosting services not otherwise specified in this policy, a refund may be requested within the first 30 days.
- Refund requests may be rejected if the customer account has multiple active services.
Professional Services
Professional services such as migration, optimization, management, special installation, or consultancy are non-refundable once completed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe your invoice or payment amount is incorrect, you must contact the otoHost support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
- The relevant services may be suspended.
- The user account may be temporarily or permanently closed.
- Transaction fees imposed by the payment provider or bank may be charged to the user.
To reactivate services:
- All outstanding balances must be paid,
- Required payment verification documents must be provided,
- Any incurred transaction fees must be covered.
In cases of payment fraud, malicious chargebacks, or misleading payment disputes, otoHost reserves the right to permanently terminate the services.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 - 15 business days, depending on the payment method.
If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, the amount may be credited to the customer's account balance.
